- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 2 Tbsp tamari or soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp catsup
- 1/4 tsp sea salt or Himalayan salt
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- garlic powder to taste
- black pepper to taste
- Combine ingredients and use with beef, pork or chicken.
- Begin by marinating for 3 to 4 hours in a sealed container.
- Turn the sealed container several times throughout this time.
- Increase marinating time for more flavor.
- When broiling or grilling use remaining marinade for basting.
