Fruit and nut salad

  • 1-1/2 Apple, cored and diced
  • 2-3 Strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Coconut, shredded & unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts or pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon¬†(optional)
  1. Place all fruit into a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle with coconut, nuts, and cinnamon (optional).
