Starting in April, we start having some hot days here in South Louisiana. This is the time when I start putting nearly everything into a popsicle mold. My son’s friends come over and go straight for the freezer when they’ve been playing outside. This recipe has adult flavor and satisfies the kid in everyone.
Avocado Lime Popsicles
- 1 cup filtered water
- 2 over-ripe bananas
- 2 avocadoes
- Juice of 1 lime
- Dash unrefined sea salt
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Transfer to popsicle molds.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours before serving.
This recipe also works great as a dip for cucumbers, or yellow and red bell peppers.
