- 3 eggs
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch sea salt or Himalayan salt
- 1 tsp butter
- Preheat skillet over medium heat while preparing food.
- Place eggs, banana, cinnamon and salt in blender and blend until smooth. (You don’t want any chunks of banana floating around)
- Melt butter in skillet and add egg mixture.
- Cook until eggs begin to set and flip. Cook until fully set and enjoy with bacon, sausage, or sweet potato hash browns.
