- 1 Banana
- 1-2 Tbsp Stuffing -> peanut butter (or any nut butter), coconut, chocolate chips or carob chips, coconut oil, butter
- GET CREATIVE WITH IT!!
- Heat toaster oven (or oven) to 350°F.
- Keeping banana whole, cut a small slit about 3” through the skin into the banana.
- Add no more than 2 Tbsp stuffing.
- Wrap the whole banana in aluminum foil, making sure the ends are sealed tight.
- Bake for 7-10 minutes.
- Carefully unwrap aluminum foil from the banana and eat the banana out of the peel.
