• 1 Banana
  • 1-2 Tbsp Stuffing -> peanut butter (or any nut butter), coconut, chocolate chips or carob chips, coconut oil, butter
  1. Heat toaster oven (or oven) to 350°F.
  2. Keeping banana whole, cut a small slit about 3” through the skin into the banana.
  3. Add no more than 2 Tbsp stuffing.
  4. Wrap the whole banana in aluminum foil, making sure the ends are sealed tight.
  5. Bake for 7-10 minutes.
  6. Carefully unwrap aluminum foil from the banana and eat the banana out of the peel.
