- 1 1/2 Tbsp sea salt or Himalayan salt
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp oregano or marjoram
- 1/2 tsp thyme
Blend together and use to season any kind of meat-chicken, beef, pork, fish, seafood. If it is too spicy, feel free to decrease or omit the pepper-cayenne, black, or white (although my preference would be to omit the black pepper).
