• 1 cup almond flour
  • 12 dates, pitted
  • ⅔ cup coconut flakes, unsweetened
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • 1½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • Pinch sea salt
  1. In a food processor blend together the dates and coconut flakes, then remove and put into a large bowl.
  2. Add the almond flour, carrots, cinnamon, and salt into the food processor and process until smooth. You may have to stop the food processor a few times to mix if you are having trouble mixing everything.
  3. Add the coconut oil and blend once more.
  4. Roll into balls and put on a plate and refrigerate to solidify.
