• 1 large head of cauliflower, stems removed
  • ½ cup wing sauce such as Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp tamari sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Blue cheese or Ranch dressing for dipping (optional)
  • carrots & celery sticks (optional)
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Make buffalo sauce by placing small saucepan over medium heat and adding the hot sauce, butter, tamari sauce/coconut aminos, apple cider vinegar/lemon juice, garlic powder, and cayenne. Once butter is melted, whisk well to combine.
  3. In a large bowl combine the cauliflower florets and half of the buffalo sauce. Toss to coat.
  4. Transfer cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for 17-20 min tossing halfway through baking time.
  5. When done, remove from oven, transfer to serving dish and drizzle with remaining buffalo sauce. Serve with carrots, celery, and ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping if desired.
