These cheese chips are so easy to make and delightly different from other chips. They make the perfect snack for watching a movie, dipping into a bowl of guacamole or salsa, and they are gluten free. While the recipe calls for cheddar cheese, you can certainly use other types of hard cheeses that you enjoy. Also, feel free to add a hint of pepper to the top before baking for a little zip!
- 1 lb cheddar cheese
- 1 sheet parchment paper
- Slice thinly, cut into little squares and place on parchment paper.
- Bake at 400°F for 10 to 15 minutes, or until bubbly.
- Pat with paper towels and allow to dry into crispy chips!!
