It’s always cold season. Really, have you ever had a summer cold? It kind of stinks. This Cold and Sinus Remedy is great to keep in the fridge for anytime you get a cold. The cayenne gives it quite the kick, so if you want to give this to children or if you have an intolerance to spice I’d suggest cutting it in half or just leaving it out. Otherwise, taken 2-3 times per day can really make an impace on getting rid of the cold – any time you have it.
Cold and Sinus Remedy
- 1 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 tsp ginger powder
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup honey
- Put all ingredients in to a glass jar and shake until well blended.
- Take as a shots as needed.
- Store the remaining in the refrigerator.
