• 1 1/2 lb Beef stew meat
  • 5-6 Carrots, chopped
  • 2 Onion, chopped
  • 4-6 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 lg Potato or sweet potato, peeled & cube
  • 4 stalks Celery, chopped
  • 1 cup Beef or chicken broth (see recipe for chicken broth)
  • 1 cup Red wine
  • 2 tsp Herbamire or preferred seasoning blend
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • 2 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
  1. Season beef with salt and pepper.
  2. Add carrots, onions, garlic, potatoes, celery, and seasoning blend to Crockpot.
  3. Add beef on top. You can sear the beef in the skillet before adding to the Crockpot, but not totally necessary.
  4. Add broth and wine. If you’d prefer to not use wine use broth instead.
