- 1 cup Pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup Sunflower seeds
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup honey, warmed
- Pinch: sea salt or Himalayan salt
- 1/2 Tbsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 cup Dried fruit, any variety, cut up
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a large pan or line with parchment paper.
- Mix all ingredients except dried fruit and toss well.
- Spread on baking sheet and bake until golden brown, approximately 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and stir in dried fruit. Continue to stir every few minutes during the cooling process.
- Keep in an airtight container at room temperature.
