• 1 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup honey, warmed
  • Pinch: sea salt or Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Dried fruit, any variety, cut up
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a large pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. Mix all ingredients except dried fruit and toss well.
  3. Spread on baking sheet and bake until golden brown, approximately 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and stir in dried fruit. Continue to stir every few minutes during the cooling process.
  5. Keep in an airtight container at room temperature.
