Fruit and nut salad
- 1-1/2 Apple, cored and diced
- 2-3 Strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup Blueberries
- 1/4 cup Coconut, shredded & unsweetened
- 1/2 cup Walnuts or pecans, chopped
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- Place all fruit into a bowl.
- Sprinkle with coconut, nuts, and cinnamon (optional).
