• 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 tomatoes, cut up
  • 1 lb okra, cut into 1/2 inch strips
  • Dash of sea salt or Himalayan salt, pepper and cinnamon
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Melt butter in skillet and saute onions, pepper and garlic.
  3. Add tomatoes and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Place okra in 9 x 13 inch casserole.
  5. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, cinnamon and pour sauce over okra.
  6. Cover and bake for 20 minutes or until okra is tender.
