- ½ cup whole milk, raw or organic
- ½ cup (1 stick) real butter
- ¾ cup honey
- ¼ cup cocao powder
- 2½ cups gluten free rolled oats
- ¾ cup almond butter
- 1 cup coconut flakes, unsweetened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- In a medium saucepan bring the milk, butter, honey, and cocao to a boil. Allow to lightly boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in oats, coconut, almond butter, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Let sit for 10 minutes then scoop onto parchment paper.
- Allow to set for at least 1 hour, or refrigerate for a faster set time.
