• ½ cup whole milk, raw or organic
  • ½ cup (1 stick) real butter
  • ¾ cup honey
  • ¼ cup cocao powder
  • 2½ cups gluten free rolled oats
  • ¾ cup almond butter
  • 1 cup coconut flakes, unsweetened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  1. In a medium saucepan bring the milk, butter, honey, and cocao to a boil. Allow to lightly boil for 1 minute.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in oats, coconut, almond butter, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
  3. Let sit for 10 minutes then scoop onto parchment paper.
  4. Allow to set for at least 1 hour, or refrigerate for a faster set time.
