• 1/2 cup tamari or soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp dehydrated cane juice
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • garlic powder to taste
  1. Combine ingredients and use with beef, chicken or fish.
  2. Begin by marinating for 3 to 4 hours in a sealed container.
  3. Turn the sealed container several times throughout this time.
  4. Increase marinating time for more flavor.
  5. When broiling or grilling use remaining marinade for basting.
